David Guldenschuh is a Rome, GA attorney and leader in the national Article V Convention movement. He has worked in a consulting or advisory capacity with most of the national Article V advocacy groups and his publications have been
cited with approval by such entities as the Congressional Research Service.
He is the author and publisher of the Article V Convention Legislative Progress Report, the only national tracker of Article V legislation pending in the states. In 2017, he was appointed as a Georgia commissioner to the Arizona
BBA Planning Convention where he was elected Secretary of the convention.
He is a founding member of the Phoenix Correspondence Commission and has served on its Executive Committee.
